I am 81 living alone in a fairly remote location and facing an expensive ankle replacement operation it was obvious I needed post operative live in care with regular physio. On approaching Saar Home Care a clear explanation of their care package was given in a friendly non pressurised manner with an agreed start and finish date. My Carer has met all my needs including looking after my dog showing considerable empathy and remarkable adaptability, skilfully allowing each of us to have own space. Due to the diligent care and constant risk assessment I have achieved an above expectation recovery.
